SEEDS – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

 

SEEDS is a donation-based fundraising drawing operated by Seed and Soul Ministry (“Organizer”). SEEDS is designed to support charitable causes, community initiatives, and church operations while offering participants an opportunity to receive prizes based on randomly selected number drawings.

 

SEEDS is not a lottery, not gambling, and not a game of chance requiring payment to enter. Donations are voluntary and support charitable purposes.  Void where prohibited by law.

 

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Open to legal residents where participation is permitted by law.  By submitting an entry, participants affirm that they meet eligibility requirements.

 

Employees of the ministry, organizers of the drawing, and their immediate family members may NOT participate. Organizer may refuse entry to anyone who may have a conflict of interest with the operation of a fair drawing and giveaway.

 

3. Entry & Donation Structure

$2 USD = 1 SEEDS entry; Participants may submit multiple entries per drawing period.

 

Each entry is cast for community AND jackpot drawing, and consists of: 

Three (3) “Mustard Seed” numbers from 1–11 (no repeating numbers)

One (1) “Golden Seed” number from 1–14 (can repeat seed number, or a different number entirely)

Entries must be submitted prior to the published cutoff time for each drawing period.

 

4. Drawing Schedule

 

Drawings will occur the 1st and 15th of every month.  If donations are less than $100, those entries will be rolled over and combined with donations from the next drawing period.  Each drawing period includes two (2) separate drawings:

 

A. Community Drawing (Odds: 1 in [total number of entries received])

 

Winner is selected randomly from all valid entries received during that period.

 

B. Golden Seed Jackpot Drawing (Odds of Winning 1 in 2,310)

 

Winning numbers are drawn for:

3 Seed numbers (1–11)

1 Golden Seed number (1–14)

 

Odds are based solely on mathematical probability and are not affected by the number of participants.

 

6. Prize Structure

 

Community Drawing

Of all the entries collected since the last drawing, 30% of the total donations will be awarded to one entrant selected at random.  This is unrelated to the Golden Seed Jackpot. 

 

Golden Seed Jackpot

 

30% of total donations from each drawing period are allocated to the Golden Seed Jackpot.

 

If no participant matches all four numbers, the jackpot rolls over to the next drawing period.  Secondary prizes will be awarded from the current jackpot. 

 

If a participant matches all four numbers, then the jackpot is awarded in full, minus any secondary prizes, and is subject to verification.

 

Entries do not carry over from one drawing to the next.

 

Secondary Prizes

 

Match the Golden Seed (Odds:  1 in 14) : 2 USD

 

Match the Three Regular Seeds, (not Golden Seed) (Odds:  1 in 165):  20 USD

 

Participants may win secondary prize without jackpot being won

 

7. Allocation of Funds (30% to Community Drawing, 30% to Golden Seed Drawing)

 

30% → Community Drawing

30% → Golde Seed Drawing

30% → Designated Charitable Cause (See Below)

10% → Church Operations and Drawing Support

 

8. Designated Charitable Cause Transparency

 

On the drawing website, each drawing period will clearly disclose a description of the specific charitable cause, including the intended use of funds and any affiliated organizations associated with that cause.  The funds allocated to causes are distributed in good faith and in alignment with the stated mission.  Recipients of the charitable donation will be required to provide an update to the community of how the donation was used and impact.

 

9. Winner Notification & Verification

 

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided.  

 

Winners will be notified via provided contact information.  If a winner cannot be verified or contacted before the next drawing, the prize will be forfeited and added to the next drawing.

 

Organizer reserves the right to publish winner information in a limited format (e.g., first name + last initial).

 

10. No Refunds

 

Donations are non-refundable.  Entries cannot be modified after submission. Number selection is the responsibility of the participant.

 

11. Disclaimer

 

Participation does not guarantee a prize. All entries are subject to these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to the following:  1) Modify, delay, or cancel a drawing due to unforeseen circumstances.  2) Disqualify entries that violate rules or show signs of abuse without refund.  3) Resolve disputes at its sole discretion.

 

12. Acceptance of Rules

 

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, agree to be bound by them, and confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
