Where we are and how we got here...

Seed and Soul
Ministry

2020 was a wild ride. It was a tidal wave and the wake of that wave was felt globally without discernment or discrimination. Much can be said about the breadth of that wake and the impacts, both positive and negative. But it was through that darkness and the negative outputs of 2020 that the seed was planted for Seed and Soul. The darkness of 2020 was the catalyst for the light that is Seed and Soul Ministry today.

Prior to 2020 there had been a dangerous snowball gaining size and momentum rolling around the top of a mountain, out of sight for most and out of reach for all. Most of us sat at the bottom of the mountain unsuspecting, unaware that this enormous force was gaining strength just above us. Political corruption, social unrest, controlled opposition and division, force-fed violence and unholy agendas, religious scandal, race wars, gender wars, financial strangulation, we all knew this was going on but despite how closely it was felt, it was so abstract it seemed untouchable and infinitely far away. To attempt to discuss any of this was taboo, conspiracy theory, off limits. The mention of these issues was akin to the loony town cryer in medieval times, ringing his bell warning of Armageddon.

In rolls 2020. The snowball has reached critical mass has barreled down the mountain and everyone is suddenly blasted by all of these abstract, far away, out-of-reach issues that have been looming. Seemingly overnight there is an acceptance, a willingness to listen, an unveiling. Overnight these far away and abstract ideas and issues were now in the forefront and dangerously tangible. Overnight it became OK to talk about them, and we did.

The gathering that eventually became our church was not directly rooted in faith or spirituality. We gathered to discuss what was going on in the world, and how we were affected. We gathered to have conversations about how we got here, and propose ideas and solutions to get out. Through the impact of 2020 we had discovered unity in an endless array of division. We had found like minds with courage and wisdom to speak about what we were seeing and experiencing. Most importantly, through our meetings and discussions we had uncovered an idea, a plan to escape or rise above the darkness taking over the world.

That idea, that plan was the catalyst for Seed and Soul Ministry. We were no longer individual town cryers ringing a bell hoping to grab attention. We had a voice among our peers and that voice grew more powerful as we all found and acknowledged alignment. These were dark times and we’d found light. We found light by having regular meetings and discussions sharing ideas and faith. We shared wisdom and hope. We created a beacon that others were drawn to. Without a title we had unintentionally become the definition of a church.

We were joined together with a prospect of change. We were united through a desire to spread light and positivity. We share a faith that this unity, and community, this compassion, this love, this focus on the greater good, this willingness to help our brothers, sisters, neighbors, friends and foes, this Christ Consciousness will propel us beyond the impacts of the crashing snowball. Faith that through Christ Consciousness “US” refers to the founders of this church, as well as it’s members and everyone else on this planet as well as the planet (Gaia, Sophia) herself. Faith that through Christ Consciousness we are ALL able to transcend what is dark and holding us back or keeping us down.

How did we get here? We were guided to the light through the darkness. Turns out, a little snow has a way of illuminating even the blackest of nights.

After watching the video below a number of times, I'm pretty satisfied with the description I've given to why I'm here. Something is missing however. What am I bringing to the table? "What is the role that PJC plays around here?"

As a cofounder of this ministry, I’ve spent nearly a year behind the scenes, laying the groundwork. From website design and content creation to legalities and networking, I’ve built the sturdy and scalable foundation you see today. While my professional background has equipped me to handle these tasks, they are only a fraction of what truly drives me.

My passion lies in connecting with people and fostering community. While maintaining the foundation remains important, it's time for me to step into a more personal, hands-on role where I can bring my deepest interests and experiences to life.

Over the last four years, I’ve immersed myself in the study of astrology, numerology, human design, plant medicine, holistic healing, shamanism, and various spiritual traditions like Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity, and Islam. I’ve delved into sound healing, nutrition, manifestation, and the esoteric teachings of hermeticism. As a certified Reiki II practitioner and ordained minister, I’m also a father of three and a husband of one, doing my best to balance all areas of life.

Now, my role is to bring these passions and skills to the forefront—to help ignite the same spark in others, guiding them toward their own goals and dreams. I’m here not just to build a ministry but to empower each person to discover their potential, live authentically, and pursue their highest calling. Together, we can transform individual lives and uplift the community as a whole.

Curadora Elisa

Elisa DeLuz

Elisa moved to Colorado in 2012 to attend a ministry school in Colorado Springs. Since graduating as a licensed and ordained minister, God, in all Their mystery, has been working with Elisa, diligently deconstructing limiting and unfruitful beliefs. Elisa has always seen herself as a servant, a minister, studying the life of Jesus Christ fervently to understand the beauty and divinity in laying down one’s life for their sibling. However, it wasn’t until discovering yoga that Elisa recognized the need to live a life that also serves herself.

Becoming a student of yoga ignited a new realm of self-love, mindfulness, and deep healing. Yoga quickly became a catalyst for exploring a wide variety of healing modalities that Elisa now regularly incorporates into her daily practice.

Today, Elisa is ready to deepen existing connections and form new ones, to help usher in a much-needed new world. The education she received in the westernized religious complex showed her what is possible for people of one heart to accomplish and introduced her to her guru, Jesus. Meanwhile, her studies in ancient healing modalities have revealed what’s possible when we connect to ourselves and to our Mother Earth.

Now, she envisions a church where people are freed from emotional, financial, spiritual, and physical binds, allowing them to live out their calling. She seeks freedom through the exploration of consciousness, connection, and healing. As we walk this mystery together and rise above the drama laid before us, we aim to live more fully for the unique passion of each individual. Our passion is our power.

“We're all just walking each other home.” – Richard Alpert (Ram Dass)
